This privacy notice applies solely to information used and collected on theSMSzone's web site. Information stored on our database, such as usernames, passwords, message history are encrypted by a local algorithm. We do not use any form of spam and do not use any type of spyware program. We do not sell, share, rent or give away our members e-mail addresses or any information our members provide without their approval. The Free SMS offers which are listed in the Free Credits page are from our advertising affiliates. We will not, under any circumstances provide any information about a particular user to our advertisers prior to getting their approval for new offers. We take your electronic privacy seriously. theSMSzone collects member account information such as user name, password, mobile number and email address to identify its members. All information, except the username of a particular member may be edited by that member using the Profile page. Members can also elect to permanently delete their account by sending an email to admin@thesmszone.com at any time. Each message sent is electronically encrypted and stored in our database enabling users to view their Message History. Messages are stored in our database indefinitely, unless specifically marked as 'Deleted' by our members where they then, are cleared during our next flushing cycle. IP addresses are logged along with each message in order to maintain a secure environment for our members and to assist investigations into accusations of misuse of the service pertaining to the terms of use of the service (see the terms and conditions).

Your mobile phone number will not be automatically revealed during use of the service unless clearly stated. Should you voluntarily disclose personal information via the service, this information can be collected and used by others.

We will not share any of your information with any outside party without your explicit consent unless we are required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, cooperate with law enforcement or other government agencies, or comply with a legal process served on the Website or the Service, or court orders.
